Drug and Alcohol/Background check process
Direct Staffing will customize employee onboarding to client-specific needs. We offer background screening and pre-employment drug testing based on client’s specific needs.
Direct Staffing works with each client to customize a client-specific orientation procedure before dispatch. We help manage risk and share it with our customers, resulting in reduced insurance costs and improved customer service.
Program Review and Reporting
Direct Staffing will make follow-up calls and scheduled site visits periodically, as well as follow-up calls to our clients and employees. We will work closely with our customer’s supervisors to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Workers Compensation and Payroll Taxes
DSI pays employee and employer-related taxes and Worker Compensation Insurance for all employees. We comply with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations governing employment authorization and screening, including but not limited to completing and maintaining Employment Eligibility Verification Form 1-9 for all temporary workers assigned to our customers.
DSI handles all unemployment claims and workers’ compensation claims.
DSI only works with qualified A & B CDL drivers and our primary focus is a commitment to provide our customers with the most qualified driver(s) for their specific needs.
DSI assumes the responsibility for hiring, managing, monitoring, and replacing drivers, which relieves our customers of the cumbersome details involved in these processes.
DSI offers a wealth of knowledge when managing compliance issues, maintaining DOT files, and staying current with ever-changing regulations concerning the transportation industry.
